Morgan Livingston’s passion for small business began at just 15 years old when her grandfather gave her a job at his auto body shop. That early experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for entrepreneurship and the hard work it takes to build a successful business.
For more than 20 years, Morgan has partnered with small businesses—focusing on construction companies, contractors, builders, and skilled trades—helping them streamline their finances, improve profitability, and make confident business decisions. With a genuine love for numbers and a practical, solutions-focused approach, she’s passionate about saving business owners time, reducing financial stress, and helping them focus on what they do best.
Outside the office, Morgan enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as possible—especially exploring Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. Before starting BaneBerry, I spent years as a Senior Accountant inside a construction and welding company — handling payroll, job costing, contract billing, lien releases, and everything in between. I didn’t just learn construction accounting from a textbook. I lived it from the inside, and I saw firsthand what happens when the financial side of a trades business gets neglected.
I started BaneBerry because most bookkeeping services weren’t built with contractors in mind. You deserve a team that actually understands how your business works — one that knows the difference between a draw schedule and a pay application, and why it matters.
When I’m not in the books, you’ll find me out fishing or camping with my dog Trigger. The outdoors recharges me the same way clean financials recharge a business — everything just runs better.

Christy keeps things running behind the scenes at BaneBerry, handling communication, organization, and the day to day details that make sure nothing falls through the cracks. She spent 24 years as a customer service manager before running a business alongside her husband, so she knows what it takes to keep clients taken care of and operations moving. That experience shows up in the dependable, caring support she brings to the team and to every client she works with.

Julie brings 20+ years of hands-on financial experience to every client she works with. Her background spans commercial banking, controllership for a commercial construction company, and five years in public accounting, giving her a rare, well-rounded perspective on both the numbers and the businesses behind them. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Julie offers high-level bookkeeping and controller services through baneBerry Bookkeeping, helping business owners get clarity and confidence in their finances so they can focus on what they do best.
A proud Yooper at heart, Julie has called Michigan, Louisiana, California, and Alaska home before settling in the Dayton, Ohio area. When she’s not balancing books, you’ll find her tending her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or adding another building to her ever-growing Lego town.
